Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@ayavoice.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Discounted Items
Please note that we do offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased with a discount.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refundable Fees
Please note that original shipping fees (the cost of delivery to the customer) are non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error. If a return is made for reasons unrelated to a fault or error on our part, the refund will only cover the cost of the item itself.
